has over 20 year of experience as Controller, Account Manager, Director of Operations. She has proven success developing, implementing and directing all aspects of the accounting and finance function. Marilu is a tactical thinker who creates value through cost reduction, strategic budget planning, and operational improvement and implements directives achieving sustainable fiscal health for a corporation. She has been the direct contact with external auditors at various organizations; Therefore, she understands what is needed to have well documented operations and accurate financials.
Marilu Medina is an graduated from Universidad de la Salle with a double bachelors in accounting and Finance. Also she has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with concentration in accounting.
Josefina De Los Santos, MBA
Josefina De Los Santos
has over 28 years of experience as CFO, Controller, Director of Operations. She has experience in the Trading, Travel Industry, Distribution and Insurance Company. Josefina has been the direct contact with external auditors at various organizations; Therefore, she understands what is needed to have well documented operations and accurate financials.
She has been part of the Financial Executive team in many organizations. She has been responsible for not only managing the Finance and Accounting team, but creating Zero based budgets and making important decisions which helps reduce cost; Therefore, increasing your bottom line. She has experience supervising Accounting and Financial Staff as well as Commercial and Operations. She has excellent customer service skills and is very detailed and oriented professional.
Josefina De Los Santos graduated from Ashord University on March 2011 with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. In addition, she completed her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (International Business & Management) from Florida International University on December 2009.
